These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Linder. By accessing or using Linder, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use Linder. You are responsible for maintaining control of your wallet, authentication methods, and linked social account credentials.

2. Platform Scope

Linder provides social discovery and ranking features. Any points, rewards, or balances shown before token listing or withdrawals are enabled are off-chain accounting entries only. They are not bank deposits, not guaranteed assets, and not redeemable unless and until redemption is explicitly enabled by Linder.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not abuse or interfere with the platform. Prohibited behavior includes vote manipulation, scraping, bot-driven abuse, account takeover attempts, evasion of rate limits, misleading identity claims, and unlawful activity.

4. Third-Party Services

Linder may integrate third-party services (including wallet providers, hosting providers, and X/Twitter OAuth). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies, and Linder is not responsible for third-party service availability or actions.

5. Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Linder at any time, including ranking logic, reward mechanics, access conditions, and eligibility requirements, to improve functionality, legal compliance, and platform safety.

6. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to Linder if we believe these Terms were violated or if continued access poses legal, security, or abuse risks.

7. Disclaimers and Liability Limits

Linder is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linder and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, digital assets, or goodwill.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law based on the operating entity and jurisdiction communicated by Linder from time to time, without regard to conflict-of-law principles where prohibited.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Linder after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
